[pycsw-devel] pycsw 1.10.0-rc1 released

The pycsw team announces the release of the fist release candidate of 
pycsw 1.10.0.

If no blocker issues are found in one week, we will release 1.10.0 final 
during FOSS4G 2014 ;)
