[pycsw-devel] Submission of OSGeo Incubation status for pycsw

Hi Jeff,

After a sprint to update the Incubation documents [1] [2] we are finally 
ready to submit a report to the Incubation committee.
As per [3], point 5, can you please submit this report to the committee? 
Then, we will wait for some feedback from the committee regarding our 
incubation journey.
