[pycsw-devel] Python 3 support implemented in master

Hi all: at long last, Python 3 support has been merged into
master branch [1] [2] [3].

Special thanks for Filipe Fernandes, Elliott Sales de Andrade,
Ricardo Silva, Angelos and others in contributing to this
significant milestone!
