[pycsw-devel] [Vote] OGC certification renewal

Hi all and happy new year!

Time flies and I got a reminder to renew our OGC certification and
Reference Implementation status  for 2016.
This time we were proposed to list pycsw under the OSGeo account to reflect
our graduation from incubation.

MOTION: List pycsw under OSGeo organization in OGC product list.
