[pycsw-devel] pycsw 2.0.0-rc1 released

The pycsw team announces the release of pycsw 2.0.0-rc1.

The 2.0.0 release will bring significant features, enhancements and 
fixes to the codebase, including:

* OGC CSW 3.0.0 support
* Python 3 support
