[pycsw-devel] [vote] call for 2.0.0 release

Hi all: I'd like to call for a 2.0.0 release.  Note that this is a major release
with significant enhancements (CSW3, Python 3 support, etc.).  We will
continue to support 1.10 branch over time as a means of transition.

The release plan (with schedule) can be found at [1].  In addition, OGC has
released CSW 3.0 so pycsw 2.0.0 (with CSW 3 support) aligns nicely
from a communications viewpoint.

I'll start with my +1.
