[pycsw-devel] [motion] drop Python 2.6 support

Hi all: as discussed at today's monthly meeting [1] we would like to drop
support for Python 2.6 [2][3] given that we are well into Python 3 support
and that maintaining 2.6 is painful given some code is 2.6 specific.

Unless there is objection I will remove our travis testing for 2.6.

I'll start with my +1.
