[pycsw-devel] Gitter meeting

Hi all: it's been a few months since we last met online. We
have a number of items to address (pycsw3, bugs, CSW future, etc.).

How is Monday 23 April 2018 at 12h UTC?  We can put
together a wiki page once we lock down a date/time.
