[pycsw-devel] OSGeo Code Sprint 2018 planning

Hi all: as part of the forthcoming code sprint in Bonn [1], I
have posted a draft of items we plan to work on [2].  Feel free
to add/update as you wish if there are items you would like to
see / work on.

The task of importance is releasing 2.2 and carving out a way
forward on 3.0 architecture and implementation which we will
carry out summer 2018.
