Dear pycsw PSC members:

This is a motion to approve up to 2 pycsw developers to travel to the OSGeo Community Sprint 2019 in Minneapolis, MN, USA on 14-17 May 2019 [1].  The budget to approve is $1500 USD and will cover flight and accommodation.
