[pycsw-devel] PSC nomination of Ricardo Garcia Silva

Hi pycsw PSC: I'd like to propose Ricardo Garcia Silva [1] as a PSC member
to the
project. Ricardo is a longtime contributor to pycsw, having led the effort
on RFC 8 [2]
as well as contributions to our Docker support.
