[pycsw-devel] nomination of Paul van Genuchten to pycsw PSC

Hi all: I'd like to nominate Paul [1] to the pycsw PSC.

Paul van Genuchten is an SDI specialist at ISRIC - World Soil Information.
Paul has an extensive background
in metadata, cataloguing, discovery, INSPIRE, and FAIR data principles.  He
has contributed to numerous tools
in our domain (GeoNetwork OpenSource, pygeoapi, pygeometa), not to mention
solid and valuable contributions to pycsw
in support of ISRIC deployments, helping move the project to the next
generation of OGC APIs for discovery.

I think Paul is a great fit to join the pycsw PSC.  I will start with my
+1.
