[pycsw-devel] PSC vote: Approve Travel Cost for OSGeo Community Sprint

Dear pycsw PSC members:

This is a motion to approve up to 2 pycsw developers to travel to the
OSGeo Community Sprint in Vienna, Austria on 06-09 November 2023 [1].

The budget to approve is $2500 USD and will cover flight and accommodation.
