[pycsw-devel] breaking change in master: YAML configuration

Hi everyone: FYI, for those using master branch, a breaking change has been
put forth today which updates the pycsw configuration
format to YAML.  See [1] for the PR/implementation.  The update will be
part of the pycsw 3.0.0 final release.  In addition, a simple configuration
migration CLI workflow is now provided, using:

pycsw-admin.py migrate-config -c <my-config.cfg>

Please let us know if you encounter any issues/bugs with this update.
