Hi all,

Just reviewing our incubation status wiki page:
https://github.com/geopython/pygeoapi/wiki/ProjectGraduationChecklist

It seems that we only need to define a project officer in order to 
complete the checklist.

MOTION: I would like to nominate Tom Kralidis for the position of the 
OSGeo Project Officer.
