[pygeoapi] PSC meeting 27 October at 12h UTC

Hi all: FYI it's been a long time since we've touched based on pygeoapi and
had a PSC meeting per se.

I'd like to apologize on my side, as I have been sidetracked with numerous
priorities.

Having said this, we will have a PSC meeting on Gitter on Friday 27 October
at 12h UTC.  More information
can be found at [1].

The main goal will be to bring the PSC together, discuss our plans for the
upcoming OGC and OSGeo sprints,
as well as future planning.
