[pygeoapi] pygeoapi FOSS4G presentation and live poll: pygeoapi UI

Hi all: thanks to everyone who contributed to today's presentation at
FOSS4G 2024.  The presentation was well received and can be found at [1].

As part of the presentation, we did a live poll on whether pygeoapi would
benefit from an admin UI for configuration.  The poll can be found in [2]
and will be open until Wednesday 11 December 2024.  Please cast your vote!
The pygeoapi development team will use the results of the poll to inform on
possible next steps on an admin UI implementation.
