[pygeoapi] pygeoapi Docker survey

Dear pygeoapi community:

The pygeoapi Project Steering Committee (PSC) [1] would greatly value
community feedback on usage of Docker in downstream applications.
Community feedback is valuable to ensure containerization in pygeoapi
reflects community needs, is secure, and is sustainable.

This survey is available in [2] and open for feedback until Friday, 06
March 2026 at 18h UTC.  Results will be assessed and considered in
support of issue 1753 [3].
