[pygeoapi] new live deployments map on website

Hi all: FYI per subject, the website community page [1] now has a live
deployments map!  The map is generated by a GitHub Action [2] that
generates a GeoJSON of live deployments based on the Live Deployments wiki
page [3], and pushes updates as needed.  In addition, below the map is a
"slideshow" of organizational logos.

Please feel free to add your own deployment(s) by updating [3], and/or add
your organizational logo by opening an issue in [4]
