[Pywps-dev] documentation

Hi folks!

I figured it's not obvious how to use the PyWPS 4 code so I started writing some documentation:

http://pywps.readthedocs.org/en/latest/

They are written using Sphinx[1] and they get built automatically at ReadTheDocs[2]. It would be great to get feedback: is this clear? What is missing?
