[Pywps-dev] formats

Hi,

in recent commit (both pywps-4 and jachym/pywps-4-demo) better support for
formats is introduced

If you define input or output, you should specify supported_formats array

Next step should be pluging-in the validation of input data
(pywps/validator/*). Validator for GeoTIFF included.

Also introducing first demo process (and test) working with raster data
(and gdal)
