This last week I've tried PyWPS 3 and tried to understand how it works and
other things, I have a much better understanding now and I think I can
choose what project to take up on and can also work on few issues. I see
lately Calin's been doing a lot of work and has open some issues and if its
ok with all of you I'll like to take up few issues to get a better
understanding of the code base. As for the project I'll go with the
idea 'Database
Output Storage- PostGIS' infact I was planning to use SQLAlchemy [1] the
advantage is that we do not need to implement the output storage for every
DB individually SQLAlchemy is a wonderful ORM which can handle all of that
and it supports all the major DBs including SQLite, Postgresql, MySQL,
Oracle, MS-SQL, so this will help us finishing off more than one project in
the idea list. Thoughts and suggestions are welcome and it would be great
if you can assign a mentor now.
