Hi Jachym: thanks for the note.  Maybe an update (if needed) of
https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/337 ?

After this, I will make a motion to Incubation Committee for PyWPS to enter
incubation (we don't need a PSC to enter incubation per se).

Looking forward to moving PyWPS along the incubation process!
