[Pywps-dev] pywps page about to move to github pywps.github.io

Hi everyone,

Actually, I no longer recalled having started the Sphinx set up during
FOSS4GE :)

I'll try to take a look at it during this week (perhaps Wednesday). I
believe there is an issue between the gh-pages branch of the
repository and page of the group, I'll try to figure it out.
