[Pywps-dev] bonn workshop - pywps-demo back to work

Hi all (and especially Luis),

I've started to dig into our documentation again [1], so we could be ready
for the Bonn workshop [2].

Meanwhile, I've done two biggest changes:

1 - enabled relative directories for outputs and workdir from the
configuration
2 - significantly simplified demo.py in pywps-demo - now it really seems to
be working

I've created pull request for the demo - what do you think about it [3]?

P.S. I'm counting with the work from Jan Rudolf for the REST API, therefore
I removed all the related work from demo.py too
