[Pywps-dev] OSGeo-Live implementation

Hi all: as part of OSGeo incubation we are moving forward on
efforts to include PyWPS on OSGeo-Live [1].

The first step of inclusion is filling in an application and sending
via email.  I've drafted a response in [2].

Can folks please review [2] and provide updates/etc. as required?  There
are a few items marked TODO which need particular attention/feedback
if possible.
