[Pywps-dev] updated docs and theme

Hi all: FYI I've updated the documentation in [1] (thanks Luís
for merging!).  Part of the update includes moving to the default
Sphinx alabaster theme.

Please check out the live docs based at [2].  It's relatively straightforward
to switch themes, so any suggestions are more than welcome.
