[Pywps-dev] jinja2 templates for output

Hi all,

I started to play with the possible ways, how to implement the 2.0.0
standard - currently, I'm working on the Capabilities response.

Unluckily it is clear now, that we need to separate the view from the model
and I suggest, we introduce templates for output generation one more time,
this time, it should be well known jinja2
