[Pywps-dev] templates for outputs

Hi all,

I would like to draw your attention to
https://github.com/geopython/pywps/pull/345

The pull request introduces template-based output (instead of lxml-based
on-the-fly generation)

The change is critical for future WPS 2.0 implementation (and there already
should be support for capabilities in WPS 2.0)

But it is also critical, since it change change our API (== output from
PyWPS) therefore we need to test it heavily
