[Pywps-dev] A proposal for WPS 2.0 Implementation for pywps

Thanks to both of you for updating me. However, the deadline for the
proposal is already over. But I would love to contribute to it. As it is
backed by python, pywps is usually the first choice of several wps
developers, including me.
