[PyWPS-dev] PSC members vote: release 4.2.2

Hi all,

it's been a while and several pull requests and fixes were merged to
PyWPS code base [1] - thank you all the contributors and maintainers.
For this release, most of the work was done by Carsten - many thanks
as well!

I would like to make motion to the PSC: To release PyWPS 4.2.2 as it
is now in master [2]

And here I go with my +1
