[Qgis-community-team] adding OS icons into figure or table captions

Hi Documentation Writers:

I added some "newcommand" definitions to the convention.tex file. So we can now
add icons for Windows, Linux and MacOSX into figure or table captions. They can
be included using:

[...]
\caption{Create new GRASS location in QGIS \wincaption}
[...]

Don't know if this can be improved, but at least it works.
