Tim -I looked in

qgis/images/themes/default/

It does not seem to include all of the images that are needed (GRASS 
tools?, addpostjgis?)
Is this collection still under development?
If so, I think we need to wait to switch to these icons - otherwise 
there will be a mix of old/new or new/missing.
