I've got mail from Mosets:

So, we can use the same directory/repository as they use for the Joomla
extension site. I have suggested to put something like an advert on our
website for using the component, but they did not even mention my offer.
I tried to install this component, but it did not work. It seems the
(MySQL-) server is too busy for an installation. I will try later.
