[Qgis-community-team] manual tasks

Werner- the rest of us have been concentrating on the format, and for 
the most part ignoring the content. I think you will find that the 
format changes can be done quite quickly, but are valuable in getting 
the bugs worked out of our formatting system. I don't think there is 
much to be gained by bringing the manual content up-to-date until there 
is at least a feature freeze.

Tim- is there a target date for the feature freeze for version 1.0?
