[Qgis-community-team] images

I didn't see this image in the \images folder, and I think that is where 
it should be. Is there a philosophy to the multiple directories of 
images? I can see the advantage if these will hold screen shots for 
individual sections, but I think it would be better to have all icons in 
the main directory.
