[Qgis-community-team] manual tasks

Werner- I have started looking at  Chapters 12 and 13 - they are short 
without much complication, so I can add those to my assignment. Chapter 
11 has all the plugins and so is a long and complicated Chapter- that's 
enough for one person, and I appreciate you taking it on.

I have looked around in the source for the missing icon, but I couldn't 
find it.  Eventually we are going to change all the names of images to 
be the same in the source and the latex, so there will be a thorough 
review of all images (I need to add this to our task list!).  If the 
missing icon (Plugin Manager) or any other image can't  be found, I 
suggest putting in the code as a comment so the latex source will still 
compile and we can come back and fix it later.
