[work] [Qgis-community-team] documentation format

Hi!

As I've lately written my diploma thesis with latex I also can help in 
any way. I don't know docbook but have heard from it and maybe we should 
sometime take a look at another format (like Otto said already) but for 
now latex is prepared and astonishingly easy when you dont have to worry 
about the style file..
So you can count on me too if there are any problems in LaTeX.
