ok, then we should maybe meet on IRC the week after? Maybe Tue 21st 4pm UTC? I
will try to work on the manual as much as I can, so at the meeting we can
discuss the final steps. Would that be ok, can we make it fix?

I don't think there are important changes, but if you get a chance to update, do
it. More important is to get the latest sample data set to have those changes
included.

yes, at least at the moment.

yes, it is, because as Gary mentioned in another mail, the projection engine
in QGIS probably isn't recognizing the to_meter parameter correctly at the
moment. This caused problems in the old dataset, because it's projection is not
supported correctly in QGIS and therefore OTF and other functionalities which
depend on projection info failed.

The "new" sample data are now reprojected to EPSG 2964 for Albers Equal Area CRS
using unit feet instead of meter: +proj=aea +lat_1=55 +lat_2=65 +lat_0=50
+lon_0=-154 +x_0=0 +y_0=0 +ellps=clrk66 +datum=NAD27
+to_meter=0.3048006096012192 +no_defs - you find this CRS in the current QGIS
and it is fully supported.

regards,
 Otto
