[Qgis-community-team] update qgis sample dataset

Hi, 

I updated the grass location in the qgis_data_2008_06_20 dataset and uploaded a
new version named qgis_data_2008_09_15. Same data are now 10MB instead of 13MB.
I remove the old dataset.

For the updated dataset I changed almost only data in the GRASS location:

- renamed folder grass to grassdata, because that is the usual name used for
a GRASS Database folder in all known literature
- fixed the gtopo30 elevation map.
- fixed the alaska boundary map. There were some topological errors. I
updated the fixed alaska map also into the vmap0_shapefiles folder.
