[Qgis-community-team] Release date for manual 1.1

Hi Jürgen,

do you know what this svn commit comments "Improved handling of postGIS layers"
and "proxy table info" might mean? We would like to add something to the
manual but don't know what :).

We don't know if these commits are yours, but we are hopeful ...

I am happy to note on that one, but I do not exactly know the meanings
of the different proxy-settings. If someone could help me out with that
I will include a table with the correct settings.
