[Qgis-community-team] compiling the manual

Hi Micha, 

I just tried to compile and had to add the new GRASS images to the Makefile in
the user_guide/grass_integration_screenies folder. Then it worked for me...

grass_toolbox_rcontour2.png
grass_toolbox_rcontour.png
grass_toolbox_shadedrelief.png
grass_toolbox_shell.png
grass_toolbox_vgeneralize.png

please update your local files and try again, maybe that was the problem? If
not, of course we can find a solution to provide a version once a day.
