[Qgis-community-team] New QGIS SVG logo

Hi, 

Anita Graser created a SVG version of the QGIS logo for us. This task was
already open for a long time and I am happy we finally have it :) - thanks a
lot.

I added the logo to QGIS trunk at ./images/logo/qgis_icon_new.svg
and I would suggest, we check, if we want to keep the old qgis_icon.svg or not
and rename the new one then. 

You find the logo as well in the wiki "Press Centre".
