[Qgis-community-team] Problem building manual after translating

I can't build manual after translating core_plugins.tex (only file
translated by now). Just changing one line I get the error shown below:

?

After that I can't finish the process, due to lots of similar errors one
after the other.
Any idea how to fix the problem?
