[Qgis-community-team] QGIS French manual is available

Hi,

The french team has finished the translation of the qgis 1.0 manual :

It has been ported to pdflatex by Yves Jacolin, it has a few defaults 
left but the pictures look already less blocky.

Work will start on the 1.x updates in the next weeks.
