[Qgis-community-team] Typos and other errors in User Guide

Hi Alexander,

I commented both, the Raster Algebra plugin and the Table Manager plugin from
trunk - don't think it makes sense to build it at the moment. I think we
need to make a decision, if we want to add and describe external python
plugins in(to) the manual at all.
