[Qgis-community-team] French 1.6 manual

Hi,

The french version of the 1.6 manual is online :

With a limit of 96dpi, the pdf's size has been reduced by 50%. A HTML 
version will provided too (I'll give a try tomorrow) and a printed 
version too via Lulu.

I've kept the grass' section included for now as the wiki page isn't yet 
avalaible in french.
