[Qgis-community-team] New User

[Amanda Wallace]

Hi my name is Amanda Wallace and I am a new user. I am looking for help on
figuring out my PostGIS information so I can connect to a web access. I am
very new with this software and I am using the manual guide for qgis 1.3.0
