[Qgis-community-team] QGIS Manual Update

Since our IRC meeting I have been looking through the existing manual and
checking against the latest version of the QGIS software, concentrating on
the Plugins section. I have been annotating the PDF file with a view to
updating the original .tex files once I am able to commit changes to the
repository.

Two questions before I put more time and effort into this :

1. Is there an obvious way forward regarding sorting out the authorisation
to doing an svn "commit" as this is currently still not working for me?

2. Is somebody else also looking at the same Plugin section of the manual
- I recall there was at least one other volunteer interested ? In that
case we should probably divide up the sections between us.
