[Qgis-community-team] Manual update plans

Hi, 

I will try to update the manual during the hackfest until monday. I
will just go through the todo list in the qgis wiki from top to bottom
http://www.qgis.org/wiki/ManualTasks and see how far I get.

I hope this is ok, although this breaks the contributor list we
created together in http://www.qgis.org/wiki/Manual_Writing, but i think
it would be good to catch up a little bit.
